You can manually input options or import a TXT file for quick setup:

  If the wheel isn't working after you've embedded it, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Code not copied or pasted correctly: Make sure you copied the entire embed code and pasted it into an HTML-supported area.
  • Website restrictions on embedding content: Some platforms (like certain blog systems) may not support iframe code. Check if your website allows external content embedding.
  • Iframe length exceeds browser limits: If your wheel has too many options, the embed code's src link might be too long, causing some browsers (like Internet Explorer or certain mobile browsers) to fail to load. Try reducing the number of options and regenerate the embed code.

• Why has my stored data disappeared?

  There are several reasons why LocalStorage data may be lost:

  • Browser cache cleared: If you cleared your browser's cache or used incognito mode, the LocalStorage data might be deleted.
  • Storage limit exceeded: We support storing up to 30 wheels. Once this limit is reached, older data will be automatically deleted.
  • Switching devices or browsers: LocalStorage data is specific to the browser in use. If you switch devices or browsers, the data won't sync.

• Are the spin results completely random?

  Yes, the result of each spin is determined by an internal random algorithm, ensuring fairness and impartiality.

• Can I specify the result of the wheel spin?

  The wheel is designed to provide a fair, impartial, and random selection. Therefore, it's not possible to specify a particular result. However, if you want certain options to have a higher chance of being selected, you can adjust the weights of the options in the management section to increase their probability.

• Where are the spin results displayed?

  Each result will pop up in a window after spinning. You can view the history of past spins by clicking the clipboard icon in the upper-right corner, and you can copy or clear these results.

• Do you support importing Excel files?

  Currently, we only support importing TXT files (one option per line), but we may add Excel support in the future.

• How many options can the wheel support?

  When embedding the wheel on other websites, each wheel can support up to 50 options to ensure the best user experience. If you're using it directly on our website, there's no limit.

• Can I change the wheel's colors, fonts, and appearance?

  Yes, you can customize the wheel's colors, fonts, and sizes to match your website's style.

• Can I disable the spin and celebration sound effects? Can I upload my own music?

  Yes, you can freely enable or disable the spin and celebration sound effects in the wheel settings to suit different use cases. Currently, uploading custom music isn't supported, but we are constantly improving our features. This option may be added in the future if needed.
